Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it out and attach it to your original packaging.
Ship the Package
Drop off your return package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring all original components and promotional items are included.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
